The York County Bounty Tour
The York County Bounty Tour meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month and takes groups to three drinking destinations in Southern Maine. Tourgoers start with lunch and a sampling of each beer on tap at The Run of the Mill Public House & Brewery, an intimate outfit that operates out of a renovated mill building on the Saco River. Tours then head to the Funky Bow Brewery and Beer Company, before finishing at Federal Jacks, the birthplace of Shipyard beer. There, groups get an in-depth look at how brewmasters make each of their award-winning offerings.
The Dirigo Trail Tour
The Dirigo Trail Tour meets on the first and third Thursday of the month, starting at The Thirsty Pig. Tours then head on to the Allagash Brewing Company, Maine Beer Company, and Rising Tide Brewing Company. In addition to samples at each stop, guests enjoy a snack at the Maine Beer Company and a tour of Allagash's working brewery.
The Local Pour Tour
The Local Pour Tour meets every Friday to explore some of Portland's most notable libations. The first stop is the Maine Mead Works, where visitors enjoy a private tasting and a behind-the-scenes look at how brewers turn locally sourced honey into wine. In the East Bayside neighborhood, tours visit the Bunker Brewing Company to taste their hand-crafted, small-batch ales, then head next door for cider and kombucha at Urban Farm Fermentory. Finally, the tour heads to the New England Distillery, where distillers make gin, rum, and rye whiskey according to family traditions.
The Casco Fiasco Tour
The Casco Fiasco Tour begins on Saturday mornings and includes lunch and tastings across four stops. First, groups tour the Allagash Brewing Company to learn about their Belgian-style brewery. Then, the bus heads to the The Run of the Mill Public House & Brewery, where tourgoers sample their artisanal, handcrafted ales as well as lunch. Next, the tour hits the Rising Tide Brewing Company for a tasting and to explore the 15-barrel brewhouse. Sebago Brewing Company is the final stop, where guests sample brews made with crisp water from the Sebago Lake.

About The Maine Brew Bus
It was love at first sight when Zach and Allison Poole moved to Maine. Not with each other, but with the area's rich food and beer culture. Zach dreamed up the Maine Brew Bus as a way to share his epicurean discoveries with others and promote local businesses in the process. Zach takes groups to breweries and pubs across Southern Maine during six all-inclusive themed tours that cover every step of the beer-making process, from adding hops to checking bottle for miniature ships.
Maine Brew Bus wouldn't be able to function without its all-time employee of the month, Lenny—a 14-person bus that once transported children to and from school, but is now outfitted for a life of beer tours. The bus sports a bright green exterior painted by a local artist, a eye-catching nod to the vehicle's biodiesel engine and the business's commitment to preserving the environment.
