About Major Third Music
Josh Schryver, the man behind Major Third Music, has a long history with rhythm and melody. At the age of 13, he began teaching other children to play instruments. In the years since, he’s studied music at several universities and performed at events including the SXSW music festival. Students visit his studio, located within Uptempo Music, to learn how to create their own music through guitar and piano. Schryver teaches a wide variety of styles, including irish folk, classical, and rock, so he can cater to each student’s interests.
