About Mammoth Brewing Company

Mammoth Brewing Company made craft beer before craft beer was cool. Since opening in the mid-'90s, the brewery has parlayed its early adopter status into awards, accolades, and even documentary appearances for its distinct roster of beers. The brews are inspired by—and often named after—Nevada's unmistakable landscape, and run the gamut from crisp American pale ales to complex German-style bocks to massive Russian imperial stouts. Mammoth's beers are available by bottle, keg, growler, and glass, with those last two appearing most frequently at the brewery's tap room. There, they pair well with inventive dishes including shrimp and bacon beignets, lobster corn dogs, and homemade pork rinds.

Here's a quick look at some Mammoth Year round beers you might find during a visit:

  • Golden Trout Pilsner: Inspired by the streams of the High Sierra, this bright brews features a mix of Pilsner and Vienna malts, a combination which result in a refreshing brew undercut with a slightly malty flavor and floral notes (5.5% ABV)

  • IPA 395: A bold double IPA with fresh hops, desert sage, and mountain juniper that nods to the wildlife of the Owens Valley (8% ABV)
