But on the inside, the aromas of jerk chicken, red snapper, and fried plantains whisk diners hundreds of miles away. That's because the newly inaugurated eatery boasts a menu of authentic Caribbean cuisine that includes classic tropical dishes such as kingfish, curry goat, oxtails, and Jamaican patties. And the Caribbean vibe doesn't stop with the food. The brightly colored walls host paintings of Bob Marley and beach scenes complete with palm trees that sway toward entrees whenever diners have their heads turned.
