What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We provide self-defense classes for students of all ages. We have created a culture in which all our members work together to pursue our individual goals as a community, creating a positive atmosphere of personal development.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We want to have the most positive impact on the world that we can, and Jiu Jitsu is what we are most qualified to teach. We believe Jiu Jitsu is an unrivaled tool for personal development, one which trains our entire humanity: body, mind, and spirit. Jiu Jitsu is the vehicle through which we become better versions of ourselves so that we have more to offer those around us

What do you love most about your job? Hands down, our favorite aspect of teaching is the people. We have a community of caring and hard working students who sincerely practice this art and apply its benefits to their daily lives. We are grateful for our students and it is a joy to serve them.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best reaction we have ever gotten, and we get it often, is when our students come in and tell us how Jiu Jitsu has changed their lives. Whether to lose weight or feel more confident, the training of Jiu Jitsu gives our students the tools to grow. Whenever a student tells us about a positive experience off the mat, due to their training on the mat, we know we are making a difference!
