- Roof moss treatment Using sodium bicarbonate, when it rains, it will dissolve and wash down the roof line and kill moss off and keep moss from growing back for a period of time. I do recommend treating your roof every six months so moss does not grow back. Service Area: Valid only in Pierce, King, and Snohomish county. Trip charge applies outside 15 mile radius out of 98074. Roof pitch must not be greater than 6/12 or $45 surcharge applies. Valid only up to two stories. Valid only on Composition roofs only. Tile Roofs require an estimate.
