Erika is the owner and operator of MPLV. Fitness and eating clean became Erika’s true love and passion in 2011. While training for fitness competitions herself, she realized the difficulty of finding the time to shop for and prepare healthy meals on a daily basis.
What do you love most about your job?
Erika’s vision and goal with Meal Prep Las Vegas is to provide you with delicious, HEALTHY food that you enjoy, and that will help you maintain the best shape of your life. Seeing the physical changes that you can achieve with clean eating and exercise is the best reward out there.
