Karen at Mediavilla did an exceptional job with my scar camouflage. In less than 15 minutes, she flawlessly matched my high yellow, honey-toned skin to blend a white waist wrap-around scar. She showed me the shades for approval before starting and had a gentle touch with no pain. Karen was kind, informative, and clearly explained the pre and aftercare, as well as the terms of my Groupon, including the extra cost for my larger scar.
She listened to my preferences without upselling and worked efficiently, completing everything in under 45 minutes. The studio was private, clean, and easy to find if you enter from Rosecrans. Karen’s expertise in scar camouflage, from color matching to needle technique, was impressive. I barely felt a thing and highly recommend her services.

Karen was very welcoming and sweet. You can tell she knows her stuff and my hydrafacial was great. My face felt clean and renewed afterwards and she took the time to go over some of my current products as well as what would work best for me moving forward.
