- Cancellation & No-Show Policy: All appointments require a credit card to be put on file. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service prices. Childcare: please do not forget to book with your service. Select openings are available daily and must be booked more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. All appointments must be confirmed by 5 pm the day before. If the reservations are not confirmed they will be cancelled. The vouchers can only be redeemed with a level 1 stylist.

Technology plays an important role in your MeTime experience with the use of iPads in abundance for internet access, viewing salon services, wine menu and even used for viewing children on the KidTime Cam.
