A Chat with Metroflex Gym-Conroe

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a hardcore training facility. Metroflex is known around the world for making some of the top bodybuilders and athletes in the world\, including Ronnie Colman, eight-time Mr.Olympia, Branch Warren, and Cory Mathews. We train for results, period!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We work close with our clients and push them to limits they never knew they had. Each client’s fitness plan is tailored to their specific needs and for their body type.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was training to compete in a figure competition at The Original Metroflex in Arlington, Texas, and it has a certain known atmosphere that is known around the world. Nowhere else could I get the kind of workout that I got there, so [when I came back to Conroe], I decided to open a Metroflex Gym there.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their goals and push themselves beyond their limits and more! To see results and change lives one day at a time. To teach [clients] the proper way to eat. To show women that they can lift heavy without looking like a man. People are stronger than they will ever know!
