About Miami Freerunning and Parkour Academy

Freerunning, an offshoot of parkour, takes parkour ideas and adds creativity and acrobatics. Both are taught at the aptly named Miami Freerunning and Parkour Academy. Led by a team of instructors that boasts 10 years of combined experience in both disciplines, as well as backgrounds in martial arts and stunt work, the academy welcomes students of all levels to its obstacle-ridden and mat-filled gym.
