What We Offer

• One Month of Adult Karate Classes
• Sensei Wendy Cohen, a 5th Degree Black Belt in the Seibukai Goju Ryu Karate system, is passionate about helping students step out of their comfort zones. She will guide you through the basics, making karate feel natural while teaching self-defense techniques to boost confidence and effectiveness.
• Experience the benefits of self-defense, empowerment, stress relief, fitness, and mindfulness as you train.
• Classes are held at Tri-State Martial Arts Center in Collierville, located in the Walmart Plaza. The schedule is:
  • Wednesdays: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
• Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a bottle of water.
• Ages 18+ – Karate is for everyone!
