Typically, we meet 2.5 hours prior to sunset, 45 minutes prior to Sunrise for that day at our Huntley, IL or Joliet, IL location. Tickets are Valid for 3 years from the date first scheduled. Tickets are Non-refundable but are fully transferable. Flight may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. You may not fly on your first attempt. We put your safety first and if the weather conditions are not suitable for flying we will have to cancel the flight. The goal is to be transparent so that no one is surprised if a flight doesn't happen as planned. We strive to get every passenger flown within the first season they purchase tickets. As long as it is safe to fly we want to be in the air as much as you do, and will make every effort to get you up in the balloon. If a flight is not full, passengers that were previously cancelled on, will be contacted in an attempt to fill the flight and get them flown. Customer service is very important to us and our goal is to make every effort to work with everyone's schedule so that everyone can experience this amazing adventure.
