Each SMP session involves the application of pigments to the scalp using specialized equipment. A tiny, hair-like impression to mimic the appearance of a natural hair follicle is deposited into the scalp, resulting in a realistic and natural-looking hairline or density enhancement.
Consultation:
A Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) virtual or In-person consultation allows individuals to discuss their hair loss concerns and SMP treatment options with me. Here's how it works:
1. **Scheduling**: Clients can schedule in-person consultation appointments.
2. **Prior to Consultation **: Before the scheduled consultation, clients will receive a confirmation message and may be asked to provide information about their hair loss history, medical conditions, previous treatments, and desired outcomes. They may also be instructed to take and send photos of their scalp from different angles for assessments
3. **Consultation**: During the consultation, we will discuss the client's concerns, assess their scalp condition and hair loss patterns based on the provided information and photos. Educate them about SMP treatment options, including the procedure, pre-and post-op care, potential risks, and expected results. Centered on the client's needs and goals, we will develop a customized treatment plan, including the number of sessions required, the estimated cost, and any pre-and post-op care.
4. **Q&A**: The client has the opportunity to ask questions about the SMP procedure, maintenance, follow-up care, and any other concerns or uncertainties to ensure the client feels informed and comfortable with their decision.
