What We Offer

  • 6hr or 4hr Venue Rental ( Excludes $200 Cleaning Fee + $100 Alcohol Fee)

Includes: Six or Four hours of event space time.A ny day of the week can be applied and at least two weeks notice must be given. Your event must begin and end within the 4 or 6 hours. 

Excludes: Cleaning Fee: $200 ; Alcohol Fee: $100 (Optional)

Event Space Details: 2000SGFT of space 

Event space for hosting baby showers, birthdays, weddings, etc! This is only the space. There is no decor, tables, chairs or linens. We do provide on sight trash cans but do not provide trash bags. All vendors are provided by the client. Four hour minimum with set up and take down included in booking. 

There are two residential kitchen / prep for rent at an additional hourly charge of $100.
