Choose between packages that include a comprehensive dental exam, extra-oral and intra-oral cancer screening, along with a general dental cleaning and full set of X-Rays. Everything is based on exam after x-rays. This package covers general Prophylaxis such as polishing, flossing, and limited supragingival (above gumline) scaling (usually lower anterior teeth). Free clear aligner braces consultation is also included if there is a request for it.

Exclusions and to be transparent in all fairness: 

1. In case it is determined that a more extensive cleaning is needed, such as deep cleaning, gum surgery in severe cases of gum disease, etc. prophylactic cleaning as described above is of no benefit and contra-indicated by professional standards. In those situations, the voucher will fulfil the X-ray, exam, and consultation if patient opts-out to proceed with further treatment. Additionally, the voucher credit paid for this deal will apply if patient opts-in to receive more extensive cleaning option (i.e. office fee for a such service minus fee paid for this deal).

2. This offer is not valid if patient has any dental insurance.

3. This offer is valid once to new patients only.
