MOD Pizza is named for its mantra: Made on Demand. The joint makes getting pizza with a group fast and easy: they craft personal-size pizzas and cook them in under three minutes. Each guest picks their own pie, such as the Mad Dog—topped with pepperoni, sausage, and ground beef—or the Calexico—covered with gorgonzola, chicken, jalapeños, and buffalo sauce—which the cooks speedily sizzle at 800 degrees in the stone-lined oven. And, of course, they welcome guests to build their own pies from the crust up, with choices including gluten-free crust, dairy-free cheese, and sriracha sauce. To complement the 'za, the staff serves hand-spun milkshakes, draft beer, and wine.
