One, Two or Three 60 Minute Float Sessions:
- Floaters drift into a deeply relaxing dream-like state in an enclosed tank filled with warm water and Epsom salt that blocks external stimuli. Sessions are designed to help clear the mind, relax muscles, and relieve stress.
Each float session lasts 60 minutes, but plan to be there for at least 90 minutes to shower before and after and enjoy complimentary tea and snacks in the post-float lounge. To prepare, avoid caffeine for 3-4 hours before your float, don’t shave or wax for at least 24 hours prior, and eat a light meal 60-90 minutes beforehand. Remember to bring a contact lens case if needed, and you may bring shower shoes if they haven’t been used outside.
