Produced by Motor Trend Auto Shows, the auto show greets car lovers with automotive attractions that highlight the most popular new rides, exotic vehicles, and classic models from manufacturers such as Ford, Chevy, Jeep, and Mercedes Benz. With 50 automobiles available for test drives, visitors grip wheels, shift into gear, and pilot new vehicles suited for family trips and bank-robber getaways. The Camp Jeep test track flaunts the Jeep’s four-wheel capabilities in a thrilling rollercoaster ride across treacherous terrain, and exotic-car displays treat eyes to up-close peeks of some of the world’s most coveted luxury buggies from designers including Aston Martin and Bentley. This year’s car-a-palooza will feature the 2013 Ford Taurus, along with fellow vehicles on display such as the Chevy Sonic and Hyundai Genesis.
Guests can coordinate visits with the show’s special one-day events. King Robota the Comic Bot comes to life to entertain crowds by dancing, singing, and not overthrowing humanity on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, fans mingle with guests from the Marvel universe, chewing over advances in webbing technology with Spider-Man between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., and debating shield aerodynamics with Captain America between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday’s first 100 attendees also walk away with a free DVD redemption postcard for Cowboys & Aliens, which is scheduled to hit stores on December 6.
