About Moxie Salon and Spa

Many twins grow up sharing similar interests: they might listen to the same music, favor the same foods, or blink at exactly the same time. Jamie and Jenn love to cut and style hair. In high school, they trained together under the Paul Mitchell curriculum, and then launched their careers immediately after graduation—testing their skills in the salons of Los Angeles and New York. Today, they still work together as the notoriously lively co-owners of Moxie Salon and Spa. Both are certified in La Bella hair and eyelash extensions. Jenn is a Wella-certified colorist, while Jamie is a recognized Motives makeup foundation specialist. Together, they lead a team of experienced stylists and colorists.

Surrounded by cream-colored interiors accented with earth-toned furniture and wood-framed mirrors, stylists trim hair with custom cuts and transform heads into sassy sculptures with Marylin Monroe–style curlers or Statue of Liberty–style bronze crowns. For many of these services, they use the salon's house brand of moisturizing and conditioning haircare products. And yet Moxie Salon and Spa's aestheticians don't limit their services to hair: they also bronze clients' skin with organic airbrush tanning and perform custom makeup applications using Motives products.
