By the time Sunday brunch rolls around, they've switched over to innovative breakfast dishes such as cheddar grits and blueberry buttermilk pancakes that are stacked into an exact replica of the Taj Mahal. Regardless of the day, the chefs work with fresh, local, and organic ingredients and whip up all dishes from scratch.

Servers bear plates out to the vibrant dining hall, where colorful ornamental lights illuminate the dazzling blue mosaic tiles that speckle the room. Meanwhile, bartenders dole out glasses of wine and specialty cocktails from behind a brightly decorated bar designed by local artist Lisa Ruark.
