Customers who purchase the one-person option can register for the same time as others to be placed on the same team. They will not be placed on a team of strangers.

Participants can solve the mystery at either Laguna Beach or San Clemente, and they should arrive 20 minutes early to check in and pick up their materials. Once the game is afoot, it should take teams about 4 hours and 3 miles of walking to close the case. The winning team will not only solve the murder, but require the least amount of help from headquarters.
