Go-kart tracks are winding and curving courses commonly designed in such layouts as the figure eight and the snake kissing a garden hose. Hug those curves with this Groupon.
Choose from Four Options
- $45 for two fast-kart races for two ($120 value)
- $85 for two fast-kart races for four ($240 value)
- $149 for a Karting or Blokart Sailing Race School program for one ($300 value)
- $74 for a Motorcycle or Sports Car Race School program for one ($149 value)
Drivers hop behind the wheel of a 9-horsepower P1 fast kart, which can surpass speeds of 45 mph, before whizzing around the 632-meter course and nabbing blurry views of the nearby Rincon Mountains by day or lonesome starlight by night. Each session lasts 12 minutes, with an extra lap thrown in to celebrate your victory or rethink your steering strategy. Protective gear is provided, but racers should bring their own long-sleeve shirt, pants, and closed-toe shoes.
Race Schools prepare speed demons—whether they're beginners or well-acquainted with the vehicle—to hit the pavement confidently. The full-day Karting program comprises three phases, while the half-day Blokart program introduces participants to the land-based windsurfing kart. Students aboard mini moto bikes receive one-on-one instruction, and sports-car drivers round the course eight times.
