About My Little Me
Operated by an ARDMS ultrasound technologist, My Little Me helps expectant parents to bond with babies in the womb with 3-D/4-D ultrasounds. The center's GE Voluson 730 Pro system uses the same audio waves produced by 2-D ultrasound machines, then builds the information collected into a three-dimensional image of the babies-to-be kicking, playing, and sucking thumbs in utero. After clients obtain a medical diagnostic ultrasound from their health-care provider, My Little Me helps with gender determination, highlighting the baby's facial features. Images are emblazoned onto USB drives and DVDs, and audio from the child’s heartbeat can be forever stored on one of My Little Me’s plush heart beat animals.
