Transportation Security Administration (TSA) charges an application fee to process each respective application regardless of whether the application is approved or rejected. The PIN for TSA Precheck enrollment will cover the full cost of the TSA Precheck application fee regardless of the decision made by TSA regarding approval/disapproval of the application. This PIN will be used as payment of service and is only rendered when applicant comes into a TSA Precheck Enrollment Center and provides the PIN in lieu of payment as a payment mechanism. The PIN for TSA Precheck enrollment must be used at an authorized TSA Precheck Enrollment Center by December 31, 2020. The PIN for TSA Precheck enrollment will be valid until the expiration date and has no residual value. Hotel pin can be used three times for $50 off three separate stays ($150 total value); hotel pin does not expire.
