What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Namaste is an accessible studio with multiple class times and class offerings. We have classes as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m. for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. Recognizing everyone is different and in their own place, we encourage self-awareness and living in the moment.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our instructors are experienced and approachable. They connect with their students by building relationships with each individual. We take pride in recognizing every student’s accomplishments. We truly believe positive reinforcement and offering support keeps our students coming back.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
People usually have an experience that has truly changed them and look to yoga as a way to heal, grow, and learn. After losing a parent, I submerged myself into yoga, which allowed me to grieve and accept what I cannot change.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people come out of their comfort zone. I enjoy seeing people evolve, become stronger, build confidence, and learn to love themselves for who they are. It is a truly gratifying experience.
