Samosas and tikka masala are among the most popular dishes, but so is chicken momo, a Nepalese-Tibetan dumpling stuffed with ground chicken, herbs, and spices that can be steamed or deep-fried.

Meanwhile, the chef's special platter for two gives pairs a sample of seemingly everything, plating pakoras, tandoori chicken, saag paneer, and lamb curry, with five more items. Of course, there are plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options as well: sweet-potato masala dressed in cream sauce imparts a mild flavor, whereas the chana saag—chickpeas cooked in spinach and spices—is decidedly hotter.
