Beach Locations

We recommend booking a time early in the day, especially during high season (January through April) and suggest arriving early on weekends and holidays.

• Vanderbilt Beach. Parking garage, restrooms, soft sand, and clear water. Near restaurants and the Ritz Carlton beach bar.
• Naples Municipal Beach/Naples Pier. Free parking for residents, or park on 3rd street and walk to the pier. Historic landmark, fishing, and restrooms. Short walk to 3rd street restaurant district and shops.
• Lowdermilk Park. Parking lot with free street parking. Picnic areas, volleyball courts, snack bar, and restroom facilities.
• Seagate Beach. No restrooms, has a shower station. Minimal parking. 18-minute walk to Venetian Bay restaurants and shops. 
• Horizon Way. No restrooms, but has a shower station. Small parking lot with 40 spots, free for residents.
• 13-18th Avenue South Beach Accesses. Secluded, no facilities, private with 10-25 parking spots at each location, free for residents.
• North Lake Beach Access. Small parking lot with 40, free for residents. No facilities. 
• Golf Drive Beach Access. Parking all along Golf Drive to 41. A maximum of 5 minute walk. Walk to Edgewater Beach hotel for a poolside restaurant and bar. No facilities.
• Via Miromar Beach Access. No restroom, but has shower rinsing station. Parking with 40+ spots, free for residents. Excellent spot for fishing and watching the boats enter Doctor’s Pass.
