About Nick & Sam's Grill

As a spin-off restaurant, Nick & Sam's Grill shares many qualities with its parent eatery, the upscale Nick & Sam's Steakhouse in Dallas. These include premium meats, top-notch service, and an extensive wine list. That being said, the Grill distinguishes itself from the Steakhouse with a more casual vibe and a subtle international bent on the menu. In other words, though you'll still find the requisite filet mignon and berkshire pork chops, you'll also discover the likes of pan-roasted trout simmered with Asian bok choy, as well as Italian-style homemade meatballs crowning spaghetti soused in San Marzano tomato sauce. There's even wood-fired pizzas topped with upscale Mediterranean ingredients such as ricotta, pickled peppers, and garlic oil.
