Students have the opportunity to try different branches of yoga and meditation: yogis who prefer to participate in a challenging full-body workout can sign up for Get Lofty classes, while those who would like to start their day with breathing exercises can show up at Wake Dat classes. Nola Yoga Loft welcomes both beginners and more advanced yogis in our led classes, where you'll be guided by qualified and experienced yoga teachers in a practice that provides whole-body benefits, including an increase in strength and flexibility, a decrease of stress and anxiety, and eventually a greater inner awareness and peace.
