The rest of his sushi menu spans dozens of nigiri and maki options, including vegetarian rolls like the crunchy cabbage. This sushi joins a map's-worth of eastern and southern Asian cuisine, including Burmese curry, kimchi fried rice, and caramelized pork belly congee.
