What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? North Valley Aikikai offers Aikido, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Iaido classes in unique settings of highly aesthetic and serene Dojo surrounding, and a caring and nourishing community, under the finest instructors.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My vision was to build a community center in which members can train body-mind-spirit in life disciplines, such as Yoga and martial arts. A center with classes for everyone in the family, from toddlers to seniors. North Valley Aikikai has evolved to realize this vision, and now hundreds of members benefit daily from a better well being.

What do you love most about your job? I love seeing the change members create in their lives. The practice seeps into every aspect of life; members improve their relationships at home, at work, and mainly create a more grounded and peaceful within their bodies and minds. This is the true fuel that keeps us going, all of us growing and evolving together!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? "Yoga saved our marriage", "The Doctor said my health condition I had for years is gone!", "I am a happier person now", "Aikido had changed my life!", "My kids have grown in so many ways since they started training here"... and there are many more.
