About Nova Destinations
Steeped in a family tradition of winemaking, it was only a matter of time before Walt and Katie Novosel decided to embark on their own journey. The idea for Nova Destinations began on a trip through Pennsylvania back in 2006. Scavenging wine presses and crushers from his parents' house, Walt began to experiment with different recipes. After a few embarrassing batches, he created 30 gallons of delicious and sweet wine. Fast-forward to today, and Nova Destinations features a wide selection of classic wines, including a merlot and a malbec. Open to visitors, their tastings of fine wine are accompanied by savory and dessert flatbreads made in-house.
