For years, NoVa Ninja has been helping kids and adults find their inner ninja. Owners Casey Passafaro and Janice McLean, along with their staff of trainers, guide students of all ages through vigorous workouts that test both their mental and physical limits. They also understand what it takes to improve as they have years of experience training and participating in several ninja course competitions

Their adult ninja classes, for instance, offer a custom course each time in order to help people of all fitness levels either improve their health or participate in competitive obstacle course races. Their youth programs, meanwhile, start with basic obstacles such as rope swings and ring rows before moving on to advanced training sessions designed to help kids compete in the National Ninja League or Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association.
