1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Our idea is to introduce a new concept of chocolatier in Florida with our delicious 18 flavors of Brigadeiros, cappuccinos & cake jars. We do not like to talk about our competition because the dessert market is huge and easily has space for any variety of sweets, but definitely we put all of our energy  to provide the best experience as possible to our customers.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The challenge of introducing a new product into a new culture is very complicated, but we definitely believe in our products, store concept, customer service, brand & most importantly on the quality of our chocolates. Why not a coffee break with Brigadeiros? Why not give as a gift to your friend / family an assorted Brigadeiro gift box?

3. What do you love most about your job? We love to see the happiness and the unique smile of our customers in the boutique. Many of them say they feel at home and do not want to leave the boutique. This is very satisfactory for the continuity of our project.

4. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? Our customer say ‘’ OH MY GOSH ‘’ before knowing our brand ( the funniest part )when they taste our chocolates, when they smell the shop and when they look at our decoration ( huge Brigadeiro on the ceiling and melted chocolates on the wall ). These reactions are sensational to us!
