If this is a first visit or a new area of concern, the patient must schedule an evaluation prior to booking this service. To help provide the best service, treatments are limited to the areas addressed in the initial evaluation. Listening to the feedback, the team will check in on the program progress or recovery, and adjust as needed.

What's included in the 14-day quick fix for neck or back pain

• One-hour healthy spine assessment to determine the patient's needs
• Follow-up appointments, up to 3 sessions per week for two weeks
• Messaging access with Dr. Zach in between sessions
• Symptom tracking sheet to monitor when the symptoms occur throughout the day
• Personalized video instruction on specific pain relief techniques
