About Oregon Maritime Museum

During its heyday, the steam tugboat Portland helped other ships navigate the Port of Portland and the currents of the Willamette River. Today, the ship serves as the Oregon Maritime Museum, a floating memorial to the state's rich seafaring history. Once aboard, visitors can tour the pilot house and engine room, interact with authentic artifacts, and learn about Oregon's role in major American maritime moments from the Industrial Age to World War II.
