About Orlando Watersports Complex
At Orlando Watersports Complex, beginner to advanced wake-boarders learn to safely fly through the air and glide along rails in a unique waterpark environment. With no boat in sight, it may appear that an unseen force propels them. But closer inspection reveals the park's secret: speed-controlled cables. The complex encompasses three in-water cable parks, including the System 2.0 cable specifically designed for first-time wake-boarders, and a boating lake with Nautique G23, G21, and Ski 200 boats, where experienced and professional instructors welcome wake-boarders, wake-skaters, knee-boarders, and water-skiers of all levels. When the lake is free of wake-boarders, beginners are free to learn yoga and fitness techniques on our standup paddleboards.
At the beginner-intermediate cable park, the cable's speed variations allow beginners to practice the fundamentals of movement and more experienced riders to practice while learning new flips and spins. The cable at the advanced slider park has many ramps and rails to offer. In the lake, three Nautique boats tow skiers and boarders for free-range practice sessions and lessons, during which instructors teach fundamental mechanics such as movement, tricks, and spins. The complex has a pro shop with food for purchase, and they offer summer camps, a kid's club, group events, and New for 2018, Central’s Florida First inflatable Aquapark.
