About Outer Banks Inn

The narrow stretch of barrier islands that makes up North Carolina's Outer Banks is a vacationer's paradise, flanked by rolling sand dunes, old lighthouses, and pristine beaches where wild horses kick up sand and throw awesome parties. In the middle of this natural playground stands the recently opened Outer Banks Inn, which offers shuttle service to nearby beaches that stay nearly as temperate as the hotel's swimming pool. Inside the hotel, guest rooms are decked out in bright, cheery blues and greens, surrounding microwaves, mini-fridges, flat screen HDTVs, Bath & Body Works toiletries, and pillowy Serta mattresses.

Outside, the porch's white wooden rocking chairs invite unwinding and people-watching. After they've rested up and enjoyed a continental breakfast, guests can take advantage of a free YMCA pass to reenergize, or explore the surrounding area's boutiques, beachside cafés, and the Wright Brothers National Memorial.
