The entrance to this parking lot is located on the north side of Summit, at the intersection with Cleveland Memorial Shoreway. Look for a fenced-in lot next to Waterstreet Apartments, a four-story red brick and white stone block residential building with a green awning. There are also yellow hazard poles on either side of the lot entrance and a white post sign reading "(P), ABM".
