Plus 18.375% NYC Parking Tax. Max Vehicle Height: 6'5" No bike racks, storage rooftop racks, or other vehicle modifications that affect the dimensions of your vehicle. Tesla vehicles cannot be accommodated. This location is open 24/7. The inner gate is closed for security purposes typically after midnight. You need to ring the bell or call the garage to have the gate opened. Electric and Keyless vehicles must provide the parking attendant with a physical key or keycard to operate the vehicle. NO vehicle may be parked without a physical key or keycard. In addition, vehicle owners must NOT use an app to control their vehicle while in the garage’s care. During posted events, reservations are valid and useable however their total value will be deduced from the total event rate due.
The garage entrance is located on the right side of W 38th St, between 11th Ave and 10th Ave. Look for a large gray sign reading "Park" in black. The official address of this location is 505 W 37th St. (The address of the garage entrance is 510 W 38th St.)
