This is parking at the Pinnacle building located on the east side of 3rd Ave S, on the northeast corner of 3rd Ave S and Demonbreun St. Look for a spelled-out sign above the entrance that reads "Parking" in white. There is an additional entrance on 2nd Ave S, between Demonbreun St and Broadway.
