Printed on resilient pizza dough, Patxi's menu features a build-your-own arsenal of toppings such as feta cheese, green bell peppers, Italian sausage, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, salami, zucchini, soy cheese, and many more available atop Chicago-style crusts ($14.40 for a 10'' before toppings) and thin crusts ($9.95 for a 10'' before toppings).

For those who'd rather not think outside of the crust, Patxi's offers its own signature combination pies, such as the Californian, with a whole wheat crust, low-fat mozzarella, red onions, and fresh spinach ($19.05 for a 10’’). Any pizza can be accentuated by the subtle zing of a white or red wine or a crisp Newcastle on tap ($4.95) as you contemplate what toppings, in a different world, the pizza would order on you.
