What was the inspiration for starting this business?
Paw Depot is family owned and provides expert pet advice at no cost so that pets can enjoy a healthy and happy life while owners experience an unbelievable service experience.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Kisses and hugs and referrals are very common, but one customer was sooo happy after we solved her pets skin and coat and chronic chewing issues she baked us a cake,

What’s your favorite part about your job?
When dogs return to our store they are usually excited and happy with tails wagging. Most of our clients love that their dogs are completely happy and not afraid to visit us for return grooming service. They are like kids in a candy store. so fun.
