Ride along our newly constructed and paved Sandusky Bay pathway. People, locals and tourists alike have rented our bikes for a trip via ferry boat to explore nearby Kelleys or Put-in-Bay island, there are many places to stop and have a great waterfront lunch. The pathway and ferry are just steps away from our downtown location.
E-bike info:
Pedego e-bikes all have pedal assist and throttles (pedal as much or little as you want) powered by a 36. 48 or 52-volt battery and a powerful electric motor. Element: Good for riders 5' 2" to 6' 5" weighing up to 325 lbs. The range will vary based on rider weight, wind speed, and the amount of pedal assist utilized, 20-40 mile average range. City Commuter: Good for riders 5' 8" to 6' 7" weighing up to 250 lbs. The range will vary based on rider weight, wind speed, and the amount of pedal assist utilized, 25-50 mile average range. Boomerang Low-step: Good for riders 5' to 6' 7" and weighing up to 250 lbs. The range will vary based on rider weight, wind speed, and the amount of pedal assist utilized, 35-75 mile average range.
Safety:
Ebikes are safe and easy to operate, if you can ride a regular bike you'll be able to operate an e-bike. An 8-minute safety video must be viewed by first-time e-bike riders. Watch Now on YouTube. All riders must wear a helmets. (We will provide one free of charge if needed). Safety glasses are recommended(not supplied).
Teens
Teens 14 years and older may rent along with a parent or guardian. Teens may not ride alone without supervision under any circumstances.
Return:
E-bike must be returned within 15 minutes of closing.
Waiver/Release:
A waiver/release of liability must be agreed to and signed by all riders during the time of booking, please follow the prompts to "create Copy" and sign. Sign Now
