About Penrose Brewing Company

Like most brewery owners, Penrose Brewing Company brewmaster Tom Korder cannot possibly pick a favorite beer. For him, it’s more about the experience of drinking great beer; and that experience is social — best shared with friends over hours of conversation and laughter.

With a focus on Belgian-inspired session ales and oak-aged wilds, Penrose brews skew toward the lower end of the alcohol by volume, which means people can share a few and keep the party going longer. In Penrose's taproom, customers are able to try seasonal rotators or any number of taproom-only small batch offerings that never leave the brewery. Some pours even come with a brewery tour.

The taproom further encourages lingering with its stock of board games, while its BYOF-friendly attitude, rotating art installations, and special events keep visitors coming back often.
