Choice of Permanent Makeup (PMU) :

1) Eyebrows (microblading, powder or combination eyebrows)

Utilizing a tattoo implement and/or machine, pigment is used to mimic the appearance of topical makeup or faux hairstrokes giving the appearance of more improved symmetry, shape and fullness, accentuating natural features and re-framing the face.

2) Eyeliner (lash enhancement)

A thin line of pigment that is inserted at the very root of the lashes giving the appearance of a fuller, thicker lash line, without an obvious appearance of makeup.

OR

3) Lip (blushing/tinting) services.

Gives the lips an appearance of a natural, stained tint of color and can address and amend lip asymmetries, give fullness to smaller lips, give more even color saturation or correct minor pigmentation concerns.

What's Included :

• Consultation
• Initial and Retouch Appointments *(Retouch appointment MUST be booked at least 6-12 weeks from initial appointment).

Booking Criteria :

• No caffeine, alcohol, or any blood thinning medications at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• No retinol (prescription or OTC) 6 weeks prior to appointment.
• No AHA/BHA 2 weeks prior to appointment.
• No fish oil supplements 2 weeks prior to appointment.
• No injectables 4 weeks prior to appointment.
• No previous permanent makeup in the desired treatment area.
• The 1st appt. will be performed by either an instructor or student (supervised by instructor) for our PMU training course. The 2nd appt. will be performed by an instructor.
• Must be willing to be used for any and all company and marketing/promotional materials (photo/video).

The procedure cannot be performed on those who are/have:

• Pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or are harvesting eggs for egg donation*
• Hepatitis C
• Significant scar tissue in brow area, from trauma, surgical face/brow lift, or trichotillomania
• HIV
• Keloid Scars
• Liver disease
• Bleeding issues (including but not limited to hemophilia)
• Cancer
• Chemotherapy within last year
• Shingles outbreak on face, past or present
• Active acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea, or any other skin disorder in the brow area
• Platelet disorders/aggregation disorders
• Brow piercing
• Hair transplant for eyebrows
• MRSA
• Active eye infection(s)

SIGNED DOCTOR'S NOTE REQUIRED for clients who are/have:

• Breastfeeding
• Diabetic
• Have had chemotherapy 6+ months prior to treatment
• Autoimmune diseases or conditions
• Multiple sclerosis
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Lupus
• Graves' Disease
• Hashimoto's Thyroidism [or any other thyroid condition]
