About Peterson Golf

As the former world-record holder for driving distance, Brad Peterson turned his passion for power into an all-encompassing purview of golf strategy. For more than 14 years, Brad has been helping golfers lower scores through private and group lessons at Peterson Golf. He determines the issues his student might be experiencing and identifies key areas for improvement. Armed with this information, he devises custom lesson plans, including swing-specific exercises and video-swing analysis to reveal imbalanced backswings and triple-axel follow-throughs.

Although Brad has taught more than 8,000 students in his career, one pupil stands out, not only as a physically imposing human but also as a success story: NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry. After meeting and discussing golf, Brad turned Rick into a three-time RE/MAX World Long Drive Champion with his techniques for maximizing power and avoiding low-post rejections by other former NBA big men.
