Co2 laser helps improve the elasticity and texture of skin, acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles. However, those with melisma, sensitive skin, hyper-pigmented skin may not be good candidates. Typical downtime after Co2 procedure can be between four to seven days and overall healing time may extend up to 4 weeks.


Side effects of CO2 laser can include burning sensations, swelling, redness, itching, cellulitis, dermatitis and hyperpigmentation.
