What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

I offer Reiki, Shamanic healing (using Spirit animals) Rhythm healing/clearing (using a live drum), TOS TM (Therapy of the Soul-healing via meditation ); essential oils and acupressure on feet.I have been a Reiki Master since 2006. Reiki plus above-mentioned modalities healed me of a debilitating illness that today there is still no cure.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I was forced to leave my corporate dream job in 2003, as I was extremely ill. Once I left, I was on and off bed-ridden for 2 years. Conventional medicine failed me. By way of a happy accident, I met a Shaman who literally changed my life and I saw my life head into a direction that was not planned. When you surrender to the process of Reiki; it changes you in ways that one can never predict. I become full of compassion and passion for numerous healing modalities and wanted to learn myself how I can use these for the good to other people who also suffered from numerous conditions.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to show people that I am from the corporate world, understand stress and anxiety and losing everything! Including but limited to: losing my livelihood, health, friends, family and the life I only knew. I had to find a New normal living in New York City where everything was so fast-paced and competitive. I was powerless until I was shown Reiki, Shamanic work, metaphysical healing etc. I was not a believer until I hit rock bottom. I surrendered. And the demonstrations of this work changed my life. I have seen miracles in how I have helped teach others see that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves we just need to be reminded. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I had many amazing reactions, but this one touches me: I had a client, who was very broken and never knew about Reiki or other work I did. She was at a point of surrendering and trusting in the process of the work I was soon going to introduce her too. Years later, she is now a thriving Reiki Master herself (I was her teacher for each level) . She has told me over and over again, that I and my work (especially the Spirit animal guide that came to her on first session) was pivotal in her life to help deal with her dying mother, her dying self (from divorce), and changed her completely to be the powerful woman and healer she is now.
